    Hello,

    I'm undertaking an exercise to identify the different approaches organisations take regarding high performing people and effective performance management. Please would you share your experiences by answering (1, 2 or all of) the questions and I will respond and encourage others to contribute and share good practice:
    Q. how is high performance defined in your experience/organisation?
    Q. how is high performance identified/measured in your organisation?
    Q. how are high performing people managed?
    Q. what performance management process exists in your organisation and how does it serve to support high performance?

    This is the second time you've asked. Is this for a project or homework or what reason are you asking these questions and expecting us to get free answers?

    You are also posting from outside the US, which means there's a fairly good chance that you are a spammer. Also, since US employment laws are very different from those of the rest of the world, our answers are unlikely to do you any good even if you're on the level.
