    Default FMLA Illinois

Can an individual have two FMLA cases at the same time e.g., one for a child and one for themselves?

Yes, however only 12 weeks total is allowed under FMLA.
You cant have 12 for one and 12 for the other.
I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have.
