Unhappy By-law enforcement

Georgia - If condo association board members are not following the condo association by-laws what can be done? Who in the state is charged with enforcing adhearance to the by-laws by condo board members and the management companies. i.e. The by-laws say board members are to be voted in by the condo owners. This years Board members were voted in by the board and not the condo owners.

It depends on the state's laws. In some states, condo board decisions are reviewable by a court, or may be reviewable de novo. You can also go to court claiming that condo guidelines were not followed based on how they are written.
