Default What can I do??

I currently live in OK. But my sons bio father is in MI. I have a court order for support from the MI courts. But it turns out that when MI changed thier system over a few years ago my case got cancelled. They have been collecting but it is all going to the state and not to my son. All the arreages that were due to me where also accidently added to the OK case. When OK cancelled the account they also cancelled those arrears due. So basically I am out support for the last 9 years. Anything I can do? MI says they will re issue the court order again. But are they not responsible for the arrears I am out now since they closed the case without my permission? They called it a "clerical error"

If you can prove the arrearage via court paperwork, take it to the court to take into account when calculating the new support. That is all you can do.
