I was terminated by a US company that hired a foriegn Vice President. I was working in his home country. He does not habor American loyalty or understand constitutional rights. Is this ethical to allow foriegners such bias in the workplace? Especially during war times. (New York State - home of company HQ's) (Manitoba home of my workplace) (North Dakota home of my residence)
