I live in Missouri and have full physical custody and joint legal custody of my son and daughter. My ex-wife was ordered to pay child support with the "more she makes...the more she owes" type of thing...Could you help me find out what formula is being used for this? Thanks in advance for any help

Consult the child support guidelines for the state where the child support was set. most support guidelines are based on the more you make, the more you pay up to a certain maximum. You can then request a review of the existing child support. Everyone will be required to present financial information, then the support will be reset if warranted.
