Angry Need Help In Nc
I Have Been Trying To Collect Child Support From My X~husband Since 1999. Right Now He Is $30,000.00 Behind. He Lives In Wv, And I Live In Nc. How Can I Collect My Child Support?? Please Help!!

Default Collecting support
good luck, I am there too! my ex owes $40,000 and is remarried. they wont do anything because she lives out of state. it is just sad that the can support their children!!!!

If you have a judgment, you should comply with service of process and have the court that is at the jurisdiction that he lives in give full faith and credit to that judgment and you file to enforce the judgment. Each state has a procedure for recognizing foreign judgments and for service of process of judgments.
