    Default Temporarily disabled Arizona

I had been working for the same company for a little over a year when I got into an accident and broke my arm they told me to give them a call when i was ready to come back to work so i did it took 2 weeks but they finally started putting me back on the schedule but as part-time. I was hired on as full time i even received a raise not to long before my accident but now i am told that i am only getting 18 hours because no one wants to work with me because i cant lift anything yet. My problem is who was doing it while i was gone cause i was the only one doing it while i was there before the accident. Is it considered discrimination if no one wants to work with me cause they would actually have to work?

    No.

A temporary condition such as a broken arm does not fall under discrimination statutes.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
