    Default "No Solicitation" Signs Alabama

    Hello,

    I heard about the new NLRA rules for postings and limiting the time between petition and election and am expecting possible solicitiation on my employers property.

    Are union representatives allowed to hand out leaflets on the company property (private) and what is the benefit of putting up signs that say "no tresspassing or no solicitation"?

    If the company has a non-solicitation policy or a no trespassing policy, the union must abide by that as well as any other non-work related group.
    I post with the full knowledge and support of my employer, though the opinions rendered are my own and not necessarily representative of their position. In other words, I'm a free agent.
