    Default Recording a meeting in NC North Carolina

    Can you legally record a meeting in NC? I know it's said you can as long as one of you know it's recorded, is this true and what if you physically place the recorded in view so the other party sees it?

    NC - Interception of any wire, oral, or electronic communication without consent of one party to that communication is prohibited.

    Audio recording consent - one-party consent is required.
