I was recently injured while working at a part time, seasonal job. The injury was significant and has caused me to miss time from my full time work. My full time employer did put me on desk work as soon as possible. However, I cannot return to full duty just yet. I am also using sick leave from my full time employer to attend doctor's appointments and physical therapy. What, if any, responsibility does my part time employer have to cover my full time salary for any time that I have to miss due to the injury.
