A few years ago we incorporated and opened a business. We being myself, my wife and our son. We are each officers with 1/3 of the shares. The bus has been very profitable from the start with steady growth in both revenue and assets. The bus. is our life and it has come with the expense of our marraige. I feel the wife to be unstable and irrational and both my son and and I are concerned that she may do something detrimental to the bus because she can't leave her personal issues at the door. We agreed on work schedules that would keep us seperated but she had boundry respect issues. Both my son and I are concerned that she may do things detrimental to the bus over the seperation such as remove funds from account and make critical staff decisions without consulting us thus putting staff in the middle. As equal share partners what kind of protection measures can be taken? If it gets out of hand can we have her removed from premises to protect bus? If she removes funds is it criminal. Can the two level headed partners basically take legal control until she comes to her senses? Thanks for any insight.
