How do I get out of my lease? Tennessee

I moved into an apartment with my best friend and boyfriend. We moved in June 29, 2011 and signed a year lease with only my name and my friend's name on the lease because my boyfriend has bad credit and a felony. Anyways, I became pregnant by that boyfriend and then found out a few months later that the said boyfriend & best friend have been messing around. On October 1, 2011, I moved out of the apartment & sent a certified letter to my apartment manager stating that I no longer reside there.
My boyfriend is not 21..my "friend" is. She's buying and contributing alcohol to a minor and there are many illegal substances coming in and out of the apartment..all of which I have pictures of.
I spoke with my apartment manager and she said I could call the police. If I was to call the police, wouldn't I go down with them as well because my name is on the lease? Can I evict him to where she won't be able to afford her part of the rent & pretty much be forced to sign the release of myself or the lease in general? They won't let me get off, even with a penalty. I just don't know what else to do. Thanks!

I would suggest you speak with an Attorney.
Either way it's going to cost you $$$
