    Default Revive a trademark

    Request for reconsideration of the denial of a petition to revive under trademark due to delay in reply ?

    In a instance where a trademark has been considered abandoned, a Petition to Revive the trademark. What do you do if the address correspondence was sent to incorrect address, I sent updated address info to USPTO by fax. How can the fee associated with this be waived and the trademark reconsider the final action and be returned active.

    Mifi, you added your question to another poster's old thread from 2006. You
    should have started your own new thread. I will start a new thread for you.

    You should have also added the name of your state.
