I am currently in a pre-trial diversion program, i have been attending for 5 months out of a 6 month period, from march 8th to September 8th. I call my probation officer this morning to touch base and to ask a couple questions. It took me to ask a question to get the information that I am to be on this program from June 1- December 1st. the reason being is when I first entered into the program and wrote my report, the state attorneys office didn't accept, so they had me write a new one ( about mid April ). I wrote the new report and they signed it on June first. I was not informed by anyone, My Probation officer nor the state attorneys office. I have receipts to prove that I did my urinalysis's and monthly payments when i wasn't "officially" on probation. Is their anyway to resolve this matter where I can be let off on my original due-date. Note that I didn't sign anything saying I agree to the terms of the June 1st to December 1st deal.
I am young and stupid just trying to get on with my life. This has affected my plans for college and money budgeting. Thank you very much
