Default Pre-trial diversion program paperwork mix-up Florida

I am currently in a pre-trial diversion program, i have been attending for 5 months out of a 6 month period, from march 8th to September 8th. I call my probation officer this morning to touch base and to ask a couple questions. It took me to ask a question to get the information that I am to be on this program from June 1- December 1st. the reason being is when I first entered into the program and wrote my report, the state attorneys office didn't accept, so they had me write a new one ( about mid April ). I wrote the new report and they signed it on June first. I was not informed by anyone, My Probation officer nor the state attorneys office. I have receipts to prove that I did my urinalysis's and monthly payments when i wasn't "officially" on probation. Is their anyway to resolve this matter where I can be let off on my original due-date. Note that I didn't sign anything saying I agree to the terms of the June 1st to December 1st deal.
I am young and stupid just trying to get on with my life. This has affected my plans for college and money budgeting. Thank you very much

Question Das ist in der Doktor!

How is it that you were even allowed to start the program if your name wasn’t on “the list”?
That’s right, you live in Florida…
What does your PO have to say about the snafu?
Maybe you’ll get credit for ‘time served’ if you have to start all over again,

I think you might want to run this by an attorney to be safe.
    Good luck.

Thats what I was wondering. I am currently trying to set up an appointment with an attorney to discuss this matter. I was just hoping someone, somewhere had been through this and knows the outcome. I am sending a letter to the judge in hopes I get to go to court and talk to him about it.

    Thanks for the reply

Also, my probation officer did not inform me of these matters, she said this has never happened with her. I still think as a P.O. her job is to know about these situations.

    Perhaps, mistakes do happen,
but SHE’S not the one on probation..
Good Luck, I hope it all works out well for you.
