    how many times can a party involved appeal a work comp judges decision?

    While the state would help... either party may appeal a WC judges decision all the way to the state supreme court if you wish to pursue the matter.
    I've heard of situation/appeal suggested to the U.S. Supreme Court...I doubt however the court would agree to hear such "nonsense"... but it's possible I suppose. A lengthly process however.

    If you can or will provide your state... and maybe the background here... more could be offered.
