I have ,at this moment, a job. I am in good standing with said position, but there is a issue with this job that is becoming more and more complex. Due to the time I am away from home due to this job it has caused many problems. I have read that NC has on the books a Law that states you can resign your position due to "Undue stress on a family due to the schedule of a job" and still receive unemployment benifits.n Well this certainly applies here. My wife now is on anti-depressates due to this job. I am away-( at times) 3 to 4 days a week. Sometimes back to back weeks-( with the same Schedule ) and it has caused many complications here at home. All of this is documented with MANY medical bills over the last 10 months. She has NEVER had any serious medical issues in the 9 yrs we have been together other than the last 10 months-( the entire time of my employment with this company ). What options are availble to me in this situation?? What should be my next move??
Thanks in advance,
