Default Piece Rate Workers and Minimum Wage Federal

Hi - We have home based medical coders who are paid x cents per line for the lines they code - this is a piece rate system as I understand the definition. If they do not work enough lines in order to get them up to minimum wage for the week, we now supplement their pay to make sure they are paid at least minimum wage for what they do.

This is in line with the DOL regs on the subject of piece rate work and I have to give a presentation about the whole setup. Quaestion is - where can I find the DOL info on this piece rate work? I know the reg but I cannot find exactly where it talks about this abywhere on the DOL site. Can anyone help me out?
