Default Maternity leave for commissioned salesperson
In Florida, company over 100 people, been there over a year. Company has no HR dept or policies in place regarding maternity leave. We are 100% commissioned salespeople. Other than the FMLA of 12 unpaid weeks, is the company responsible or obligated to setup some payment plans during the maternity leave.
