    Default Illegal workers Massachusetts

    Recently I parted company with my employer, a company which has regularly hired illegal workers. People either arriving for a vacation and staying on, working illegally and not being paid legally or arriving with a H1 visa and staying beyond the designated period of time.

    I have been uncomfortable with this for many years. I am a British passport holder, resident in USA for 22 years and uncertain about my personal status (guilty by association) should any action be taken against the company.

    What, if any, actions can occur as a result of their illegal actions?
    What action can I take to highlight relevant authority with details
