Cool Overtime & Leave in same week

I have an employee that turned in their time card showing 42 hours worked (normal is 40 hours). The time card shows a total of 42 hours - - but on Monday she took 3 hours of sick leave and on Tuesday she worked 2 hours of overtime. Does she get paid for 2 hours of overtime or does she get paid for a regular 40 hour work week with 1 hour of sick leave (apply the 2 hours of overtime to the 3 hours of leave)?

Overtime is paid for any and all hours over 40 hours in one week. You can not use overtime in lieu of time off, it must be paid in monetary value.
If you separate your hours as regular hours, holiday hours, sick hours, etc. then you pay straight up for the hours worked, and straight up for the sick hours, etc.
The overtime will kick in after 40 hours worked.
