I live in Florida and our employer will keep our workers on the clock for over 8 hours at a time without a break. If i remember correctly at any age if your working over 8 hours you are required to take a break.
If i am correct were can i report this too if i have Time Clock Slips showing employees on the clock for 8, 10,12 and sometimes even 14 hours?
On top of that some of the employees were 17 and have 10+ hour play slips, which i know is illegal, were would that be reported too??
Some of the slips are over a year old because the person didnt realize it was against the law, im assuming they are still valid.
