Default Labor issues - Over 8 hours without going off clock Florida

I live in Florida and our employer will keep our workers on the clock for over 8 hours at a time without a break. If i remember correctly at any age if your working over 8 hours you are required to take a break.

If i am correct were can i report this too if i have Time Clock Slips showing employees on the clock for 8, 10,12 and sometimes even 14 hours?

On top of that some of the employees were 17 and have 10+ hour play slips, which i know is illegal, were would that be reported too??

Some of the slips are over a year old because the person didnt realize it was against the law, im assuming they are still valid.

    Thank You

You are incorrect. Adult employees are not entitled to ANY types of breaks (rest or meal) in Florida.

On the 17 year old it would depend on whether they are still in school or if they have graduated from high school or received a high school equivalency diploma.
