Angry Overtime pay in California

I work in San Francisco International Airport and even though we have a time clock, our employer does not pay us the correct number of hours. We all keep track of our hours and have found out that we are getting ripped off avery check of at least a couple of hours per week. Is there any agency we could go and complain about this. we have talked with our employer and he keeps making up excuses.

You can file a complaint thru the Dept. of Labor.
Visit this site: http://www.dol.gov/esa/regs/complian.../complaint.htm
for information and instructions.

Best wishes and keep me posted!
