We are getting ready to work on a prevailing wage job. Our guys make great money working on this job. We usually pay a $30/day per diem to help with meal costs when they stay out of town. We are wondering do we HAVE to pay that same $30 to our guys on the prevailing wage job? It seems that we wouldn't have to because they are making so much more money, but I'd like to know if there is a law stating such a thing.
