I will try to make this a simple as possible. I use to work from 8 to 5. Then due to a few reasons I was unable to work that schedule anymore. My employer agreed to change my hours to morning hours and I have been working them for about 5 months now. They are trying to get me to work more afternoon hours now but I will no be able to. If they let me go because they need someone to work 8 to 5 again and I am unable to, would I qualify for unemployment? From what I have been reading it doesn’t seem like it but I’m not sure. I am just trying to be as prepared as I can be in case I do lose my job because of the scheduling conflict.
