Default Employee Rights to Personnel File Review?

Does New Mexico have any state regs for requiring employers to give terminated employees access to their employee file after the person has been terminated? We keep medical and benefits info separately - must we provide that too? Thanks.

Default

Employees (& former employees) have no statutory right to examine their personnel file in New Mexico.
