    Default For 1st offenses, and you get a speeding ticket Oklahoma

    For 1st offenses, and you get a speeding ticket if paid by mail before court date, does it appear on your record??

    If this makes no sense...
    I got a speeding ticket, and I don't want it to appear on my record, but if I PAY IT before my court date, will that erase it, as if it never happened, or will it still appear on my record?

    It's still possible to show on your record. You might want to talk to a traffic offense lawyer & see what they "might" be able to do for you.
