    Default 90 day probation period

    I've been working with a non- profit organization for about 7 months now before i was hired I was a full time volunteer. My question is How many times can they place you on a 90 probation period, for example I switched positions in my orginazation and was put on 90 day probation period?

    As many as they like. There is no law limiting it. For that matter, there is no law addressing it.
