    The point of a chapter 13 bankruptcy is to pay the trustee (instead of the creditors directly), under the protection of the bankruptcy court, & the trustee will pay the creditors.

    You definitely always need to talk to your bankruptcy attorney before you do anything different in regard to your bankruptcy.
