Default Contracting work to a Canadian private owner North Dakota
I would like to know what the laws are regarding subcontracting work to a Canadian company/private owner. I have a relative in Saskatchewan, Canada that owns equipment for agricultural related work. I'd like to utilize this relative for business in the US. What are the requirements?

"duplicate post" means that you posted the same question more than once. It directs responders to look to your other post. If no one has responded to your other post, maybe no one knows the answer. I know I don't.
