Angry Utah unpaid commissions!

yesterday morning I gave 2 weeks notice to my employer, having found a better job that suited me more. I was told that I could just go ahead and leave and I would be paid out my 2 weeks and all that was owed to me! On my drive home I recieved a voicemail telling me that my statues was changed to basically "fired" (for cleaning out my e-mail???) and I would only get my money due up until yesterday and nothing more, no commissions no 2 weeks. Is this allowed? My cheque arrived this morning by fedex, with not a single dime extra. Are they allowed to hold my commissions in the state of Utah (which is not my home state, so i know nothing of the laws here). This is an international company with offices all over the world!
