Default I’m not sure what kind of custody arrangement is right. What do I do?

The answer to this question really depends upon how well you and your spouse are able to work together. Many clients say that they want joint custody with their spouse. This raises a question of what the parties think “joint custody” really means. There are essentially four types of custody arrangements: Joint Legal Custody, Joint Physical Custody, Split Custody and Sole Custody. They will be discussed below in no particular order.

The presumption is for joint custody between parents. One parent will have primary physical custody and the other liberal visitation. If a parent is of a nature where they do not take much interest in the child, one parent may be granted sole custody and the other parent limited visitation. If a parent is unfit or has issues that may be a detriment to the child, supervised visitation may be ordered with sole custody placed with the other parent. IN instances where a parent may be a danger to the child, the other parent will get sole custody and the other parent no visitation.

Default Typical Legal Mumbo Jumbo Answer , Now Listen Up...

ALL THE LAWERS PROFIT FROM THE SYSTEM, STATE PROFITS, THE CHILDREN LOOSE, THE PARENTS LOOSE AND THE SOCIAL ILLS CREATED ARE IN THE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

THE ANSWER IS NOT IN ANY BELOW, JOINT, SOLE, THE ANSWER IS IN OUR CONSTITUTION, "ALL PARENTS ARE ENTITLED TO EQUAL RIGHTS OF THEIR CHILDREN" UNTIL MEN START DEMANDING THEIR CONSTITUTIONS RIGHTS AND FIGHTING TOGETHER, THE LAWERS, SYSTEM AND STATES WILL PROFIT AT THE EXPENSE OF OUR CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS>

SIMPLY PUT, PARENTS MUST BE GIVEN EQUAL RIGHTS TO THEIR CHILDREN 50-50 MEN OR WOMAN, DOESNT MATTER, we are ALL EQUAL. WE ARE NO LONGER LIVING IN THE TIMES OF BLACKS AND SLAVERY, BUT, MEN ARE FORCED OUT INJUSTLY IN OUR SYSTEM AND REMOVED FROM THEIR CHILDREN, WHY, BECAUSE WE ARE LETTING THEM AND THE SYSTEM DO IT. SIMPLE, DONT TAKE THAT CRAP. DONT LISTED TO THE LAWYERS AND DoNT LISTEN TO THE SYSTEM, JUST DO WHAT IS IN YOUR HEART. IF WHAT IS IN YOUR HEART CANT BE DONE, THE FIGHT EVERYTHING, FIGHT HE LAW< THE LAWYERS< YOUR STATE< WRITE TO YOUR LEGISLATURES, CALL , PROTEST. UNLESS YOU CAN GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT FEELING GOOD, YOU BETTER LISTED AND "FOLLOW YOUR HEART TO THE RIGHT WAY"...........
