No. Judges do not base custody solely on a pre-teen's stated preference. We pay more attention to teenagers, but adults make the final decision.

It is best if families can decide together where a child will be placed. If that cannot happen and the courts have to get involved, the court will often listen to the wishes of a teen but is still free to make its own decision based on the best interest of the child.
