    Default WV Annual Report??? West Virginia

    Is anyone aware if WV requires an annual informational report to be filed, like NJ?

    I have been on the state's website and found form 433-B for businesses, however I am having no luck finding filing instructions. Does this need to be filed annually or only when company info changes?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    You might try contacting

    Business Organizations Division
    Secretary of State
    Bldg. 1 Rm. 157-K
    1900 Kanawha Blvd. East
    Charleston, WV 25305-0770

    and find out what the requirements are for filing, if any.

    A few days ago, we filed with our state, no changes at all. Simply a cash cow for the State.
