over the past year I hurt myself at work...kept on working although my job was changed and my pay changed. First it was changed for a few weeks to minimum wage $6.50. Then, my job change came along now it is $200 if you work less then 34hours in a week and $300 if you work more 35 or more.(workers comp. is paying 60% of the difference in pay.) Plus some commission at the end of the month. I was offered some draw on commission but because of doctor appt. and family issues I have not been able to keep up with the draw. So my employer has taken it away. This gets better. I am 1 man in a group of 7 in a call center. My boss gets a demo allowance and 1 other employee in this dept. drives a demo(wife of the V.P) This person has all the same job duties. DO I HAVE AN ISSUE? Can anyone advise please....Thank you!
Job is internet sales Question would be: The employee that has the same job title as me gets a demo to drive because she is the VP's wife....can they do that? Also change pay during my injury some many times is that legal based on hours worked is not equal...can they do that? I think this board is a bunch of people who don't really understand any of NH laws. But it doesn't matter....I left the company because I truely believe they have their heads up their A(where the sun doesn't shine).

For one you posted on a holiday. Two, I have no idea what your question is. Are you asking if the manner in which you are paid is legal (though I'm not sure I follow exactly how you were paid)? Or something to do with your work injury? Or whether 2 employees can be given demos? If you want answers, you have to ask a question first.
