    Default Black Friday for minors Connecticut

    Well Black Friday is part of my Thanksgiving vacation from school. Since it is not a school day but a vacation day, do the labor laws change? My job had originally requested me to come in at 3AM, which I really want to do, but then they said labor laws wouldn't allow me to come in untill 7AM.

    At age 17 you should be able to do any nonhazardous work for unlimited hrs. & w/o any restriction on starting & ending time.
    If there is any curfew in your area for someone your age, it shouldn't apply when going to or home from work,
