Default Mediations for employee conflicts New Mexico
Is it recommeded to have a provision in an employee manual about mediation/arbitration of disputes/conflicts prior to legal action? ie..."Employees agree to participate in a mediation/arbitration with an imparticial party, prior to filing a law suit."
