Owned a home in Simpsonville, SC. Was unfortunately foreclosed on- currently living in AZ- recently read that here in AZ, if a homeowner is foreclosed upon- any money over and above the amount of the debtswand legal fees- goes back to the original homeowner. Does South Carolina have a process like that as well? If so, how do I found out for how much my home was sold? Any advice would be welcomed- thank you!
