Default HR Manual/Policies - What Laws are Required by Vermont to be included

Hi,

I am tasked to review our HR Manual. What labor/employment related laws should I include in my manual as required by Federal laws and State (Vermont) Laws ?

Thanks and hoping for your response.

Irma

Since it is not required that you have a manual in the first place, there are no policies you are mandated by law to include.
