I would like to know if anyone would know an estimate of monatary settlement that should be rated at 15% with injury occuring in 2003.
Also If I am entitled to extra money since this was not done in a timely matter and that I had to wait one year before I received any treatment. Should I also be entitled to pain, suffering and hardship since this settlement has taken 4 yrs? I have NOT worked and have NOT be able to work since my injury. The injury occured in Calif and I now live in Missouri...... Last edited by bstause; 04-20-2007 at 02:39 PM. |
