    Angry Verbal Abuse South Carolina

Is there a law against employers using excesive language towards employees. Language that is derogatory and somewhat disciminating. Also, this behavior on the emplyers behalf is done in an open forum in front of other employess.

No, the law does not prohibit profanity in the workplace. If the profanity is directed only at those who are members of a protected class, then that would be a violation of Title VII (or the law that protects that class) but general crude language is not illegal.
