Default Pregnant and want answers Missouri

I'm a salaried manager for a large sporting goods retailer. I've been there for 7 years and pregnant with my first child. My employer tells me that I only get 12 weeks FMLA leave time off for this. I get paid for 8 weeks for short term disability (3 weeks at 100% & 5 weeks at 75%). I have sick time & vacation time also but my HR says that it is all including in the 12 weeks. They say if I don't return after that time my job is not guaranteed. I need to know the laws. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

They are exactly correct. You are entitled, under the law, to up to 12 weeks of FMLA. Any paid leave or disability benefits can and do run concurrently with that. You have no job protection once the 12 weeks is up if you do not return to work at that time.
