Are there any labor laws in NEVADA that require employers to pay employees more then one time a month? I'm not salary, Im hourly.

Yes. The default is no less frequently than semi-monthly. The only employees who can be paid monthly are exempt employees and only if the payroll department is out of state.

If i have asked my employers to pay me more then once a month, and they declined, what steps can I take to convince them otherwise? Thanks in advance.
