Default Termination Documents Nevada

What type of documents do you give to an employee at termination? I'm not talking about COBRA or company termination notice. Like in CA, it's required that you give an employee UI stuff, what about NV? Is there any mandated info an employer has to give a term ee? Please advise. Thanks!

I can't find anything on the NV web site that specifies anything of the kind, but I'd check with the NV DOL to be certain.
