I read the Nevada FMLA law and found it a little un-clear...To receive 12 weeks of FMLA- must you be employed 12 months in Nevada or 12 months with that employer ?

It's not a Nevada law; it's a Federal law.
You have to have been employed for 12 months with your current employer. |
