Curious on the time clock laws... I have a dilemma with an employee that always forgets to punch in and out. Some weeks he has barely no clocks for the week and he does not get paid.
Does anyone know the laws on this issue? |

If an employer knows the employee is working then the employee must be paid.
The failure to clock in or out does not absolve the employer from this responsibility, but the employer can (should, IMHO) take disciplinary action, including firing the employee.
