Hi everyone. New member.

Im interested in investing in real estate in delaware, and have been reading alot about different ways to do so.

I have a few questions about options. I have contracts that are written where an option is seperate from the actual purchase agreement. Would this be considered "dealing" in options? Basically the contracts allow me to purchase if i decide to, but dont require me to. They were given to me by an attorney in california, and he says they are absolutely legal in 50 states. A disclosure form also requires signatures for each individual deal.

Should I seek a local attorney to look these over? Can I expect a local attorney to understand these contracts?
