I SURGERY ON MY WRIST IWAS OUT OF WORK ON MY SICK LEAVE TIME WHEN I WENT BACK TO WORK I WAS PUT ON LIGHT DUTY UNTIL MY DOCTOR RELEASED ME MY EMPLOER PUT ME ON FMLA WHILE I WAS AT WORK ON LIGHT DUTY CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THAT IS RIGHT?

Yes the time you were on light duty would count as FMLA assuming you otherwise qualified for it.
