Default Question about commissions Alabama

If I am a full commissioned employee (not outside sales or independent contract) does my company have to make sure I make at least minimum wage?

Yes, you must be paid at least minimum wage for all hours worked. Will you be getting a "draw" in the future?

BTW, "draws" are not common for nonexempt salespersons primarily because of the minimum wage requirement; they are common for outside salespersons, however.
