Question Home Owners Association Missouri

I find myself in the position of having to form a Home Owners Association.

It seems that due to a family "problem" between the widow of the builder of my sub division, and the brother of the builder, the DNR is in the process of shutting down the waste treatment facility.

Since legal advice over the internet is worth about what you pay for it, I would like some recomendations (PM ed to me) on professionals in the South West MO area that can do this. Also if there are any books or web sites that can shine a light on this shadow land of law I would appriciate it.

I have a friend I haven't had time to speak to in about 2 years that went through the same thing. This will be a good reason to give him a call and see if he has any info. I will IM you if I get any.
